What steps do you take to ensure food safety?

Our meals are made fresh daily in a closed door kitchen located in SoDo. Food is cooked and packed separately to avoid contamination before being transported in insulated food holding boxes. Food temperatures are documented both before leaving the kitchen and upon arrival at your drop-off location.
