Chef Ed has over 12 years of experience in the Seattle hospitality and catering industry. Before founding Food for Thought Catering Services, he worked as Food Service Director with Elior North America serving venues like Highline College and Shoreline Community College to provide the highest professional food quality and sanitation standards while adhering to each client’s budget. Chef Ed takes pride in developing menu items that optimize each client’s assets while delighting students.
